About The Program
Each Fellow will be assigned to a specific business segment and be responsible for their own projects and deliverables. Our intention is that Fellows will develop the skills and experience necessary to launch successful careers in each of these three areas:
Specific Fellowship Assignments Include:
Research and Analysis: Provide the leadership team with secondary research, analysis of reports, and the development of reports, pitch decks, and other presentations.
Operations: Assist with logistics, scheduling, communications, and other organization-wide management tasks by creating, planning, and executing strategic internal communications.
Knowledge Management: Manage data entry and integrity, ensure quality control across multiple platforms, and build strong and effective systems for knowledge management.
Business Development: Conduct research on potential funders, investors, and sales opportunities, learn to manage a robust CRM system, and prepare materials for meetings and proposals.
Strong candidates will possess the desire to learn about our business and our clients, while working with a diverse and remote team across the nation. Top candidates will possess proven analytical skills and will have a track record as strategic thinkers with respect to both creating innovative solutions to solve difficult problems and optimizing systems to drive improved processes.
